Legal Professionalism Award

The State Bar of Texas offered its annual fall Legal Professionalism Award to Law Student Division members. The award's theme is “Your Professionalism.” Applicants wrote an essay explaining how their professional traits were worth emulating within the legal profession. Nine applications were received and two recipients were awarded with a $1,000 scholarship! The winners were Ashley Vigil, Thurgood Marshall School of Law, and Marianne Yakun Xu, University of Houston Law Center. Congratulations to Ashley and Marianne!
